Everything about process, timelines, and working together. Anything missing? Just ask.
You work directly with me, Babar, a Senior Product Designer with 8 years of experience and 300+ projects delivered. There are no account managers in between, so your feedback reaches the person doing the work.
I work with startups, SaaS companies, and established businesses across the US, UK, GCC, and Australia/New Zealand. My strongest areas are fintech, SaaS, B2B/B2C products, healthcare, e-commerce, EdTech, and logistics.
It starts with a free discovery call about your goals, users, and timeline. After that, I send a clear proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost, and we begin once it’s approved.
Most projects are fixed-price, based on scope, so you know the full cost upfront. Projects typically start from $1,500 for a landing page and $6,000 for a full product design. Ongoing product work can also be billed monthly or hourly.
Projects usually start with a 50% upfront deposit, and the rest is paid at agreed milestones or on delivery. I accept bank transfer, Payoneer, Wise, PayPal, and Upwork.
My working hours overlap with US, UK, GCC, and ANZ clients. I send async updates through Slack, email, or Loom, and I schedule live calls at times that suit you. You won’t have to wait days for a reply.
Every project includes two to three structured revision rounds at each major stage. Because the scope is agreed upfront, revisions refine the work instead of restarting it.
Yes. Once the final payment is made, you get full ownership of all design files, source files, and code.
Yes. I’m happy to sign an NDA before we discuss your project in detail. Your idea and data stay confidential.
You get organized files, developer handoff documentation, and 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, I offer ongoing design support on a retainer basis.
Yes. I regularly work alongside in-house developers, product managers, and marketing teams, and I fit into your tools and workflow (Figma, Jira, Slack, Notion, and others).
My process has five stages: discovery, research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff. You review and approve each stage before we move on, so there are no surprises at the end.
You can, but research is the cheapest way to avoid expensive redesigns later. For smaller budgets, I offer a lean version that uses competitor audits, heuristic reviews, and quick user interviews.
I’ll give you an exact timeline in the proposal.
You receive organized Figma files, interactive prototypes, a component library, and developer-ready specs. Research projects also include documented insights and recommendations.
Yes. I start with a UX audit to find what is hurting your conversions or usability. Then we fix the high-impact issues first, without rebuilding everything.
A design system keeps your product consistent as it grows, speeds up development, and cuts design debt. It pays off especially for SaaS products and teams with more than one developer.
Yes. I design native-feeling experiences that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design, or a unified cross-platform design if you’re building with React Native or Flutter.
Yes, it’s my core specialization. I’ve designed dashboards, onboarding flows, payment systems, and data-heavy interfaces where both clarity and compliance matter.
Framer and Webflow sites launch faster, cost less to build, and let your team edit content without a developer. Performance, SEO, and design quality stay high.
Framer suits fast, animation-rich marketing sites and startup launches. Webflow suits content-heavy sites, blogs, and projects that need an advanced CMS. I’ll recommend one based on your goals.
I can do both. You can have a full design-to-launch project, or I can build your existing Figma design pixel-perfectly in Framer or Webflow.
Yes. I set up an easy-to-use CMS and give you a walkthrough, so you can edit text, images, blog posts, and pages without touching code.
Yes. Every site comes with responsive layouts, optimized images, clean structure, meta tags, and on-page SEO basics set up.
A landing page takes about 1 week. A multi-page business website usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on content and animations.
Hosting is paid directly to Framer or Webflow on their plans, and the domain is registered in your name. Everything stays in your account, which gives you full control.
Yes. I can migrate from WordPress, Wix, or a custom-coded site, and I keep your content and SEO rankings intact with proper redirects.
I use AI tools to speed up research, exploration, prototyping, and front-end production. Strategy, decisions, and quality control remain fully human. The result is faster delivery at a lower cost, with no drop in quality.
No. AI speeds up production, but the design direction, UX thinking, and final polish come from 8 years of hands-on product design experience. Every output is reviewed and refined by me.
Claude Design uses Anthropic’s Claude AI to rapidly create interfaces, layouts, and visual concepts. I use it to explore more directions in less time, then refine the strongest one into a production-ready design.
Yes. I design AI-powered products such as chat interfaces, AI assistants, and intelligent dashboards. I focus on the hardest parts: building user trust, explaining AI outputs, and handling errors gracefully.
Yes. I use AI tools under privacy-safe settings and never share confidential client data without your approval. For sensitive projects, we agree on which tools are used before work starts.
